Installation Method Of High Efficiency Air Filter In Clean Room
High-efficiency air filters are industrial consumables. In order to ensure the cleaning effect, high-efficiency air filters must be replaced every once in a while. Now most purification areas install high-efficiency air filters at the ceiling air outlets. The installation method and confirmation before installation completely determine whether the high-efficiency air filter has leaks. The confirmation before installation provides effective objective conditions for more efficient installation, so the following issues must be paid attention to during installation. Note: The high-efficiency filter must be replaced after the air supply of the air conditioning system is stopped. The sealing gasket between the filter and the connecting frame must be tight and leak-free to ensure the filtering effect.

1. When transporting and storing high-efficiency air filters, they should be placed in the direction of the manufacturer's logo. They should be handled with care during transportation to prevent severe vibration and collision to avoid man-made damage.
2. Before installing the high-efficiency filter, the clean room must be cleaned, wiped, and purified. If there is dust inside the air-conditioning system, it should be cleaned and wiped again to meet the cleaning requirements. If the high-efficiency filter is installed in the technical mezzanine or ceiling, the technical mezzanine or ceiling should also be fully cleaned and wiped.
3. After the clean room and the purification air-conditioning system meet the cleaning requirements, the purification air-conditioning system must be tested. After continuous operation for more than 12 hours, clean and wipe the clean room again and install the high-efficiency filter immediately.
4. Before installing the high-efficiency air filter, the package must be unpacked at the installation site for appearance inspection, including whether the filter paper, sealant and frame have burrs and rust spots (metal frame): whether there is a product certificate, and whether the technical performance meets the design requirements. Then pick up leaks. Those that pass the inspection and leak picking should be installed immediately. During installation, reasonable adjustments should be made according to the resistance of each filter. For unidirectional flow, the difference between the rated resistance of each filter and the average resistance of each filter on the same air outlet or air supply surface should be less than 5%.
5. The frame for installing the high-efficiency filter should be flat. The allowable deviation of the flatness of the installation frame of each high-efficiency filter is no more than 1mm. And the arrow on the outer frame of the filter should be consistent with the air flow direction. When it is installed vertically, the filter paper fold should be perpendicular to the ground.

6. When the seal between the high-efficiency air filter and the frame is generally made by sealing gaskets, self-adhesive, negative pressure sealing, liquid tank sealing and double ring sealing, the surface of the packing, the surface of the filter frame, the surface of the frame and the liquid tank must be wiped clean. The thickness of the sealing gasket should not exceed 8mm, and the compression rate is 25%~30%. The joint form and material should meet the design requirements, and there should be no leakage at the joints of the frame. When using double-ring sealing strips, do not block the holes on the ring cavity when sticking the seal; both double-ring sealing and negative pressure sealing must keep the negative pressure pipeline unobstructed.
7. Most filters are installed using the sealing pad method, because the sponge rubber sheet is a closed-cell type with good air tightness, so it is generally used as a sealing material. If necessary, it is best to evenly apply some glass glue on the sealing strip. When connecting the filter and the static pressure box, the force on all sides should be uniform. After 24 hours, the glass glue is dry before running the purification system.
