Each unit has been tested by the nanoflame method and has the characteristics of high filtration efficiency, low resistance, and large dust holding capacity. High-efficiency air filters can be widely used in the air supply of air conditioners in dust-free purification workshops in optical electronics, LCD liquid crystal manufacturing, biomedicine, precision instruments, beverages and foods, PCB printing and other industries. High-efficiency and ultra-high-efficiency filters are both used at the end of clean rooms. According to their structural forms, they can be divided into: high-efficiency filters with partitions, high-efficiency filters without partitions, high-efficiency filters with large air volume, and ultra-high-efficiency filters. There are also three types of high-efficiency filters. One is an ultra-high-efficiency filter that can purify 99.9995%. One is an antibacterial high-efficiency air filter without partitions, which has antibacterial effects and prevents bacteria from entering clean workshops. One is a sub-high-efficiency filter, which is cheap and used for purification spaces with low requirements.
----------------------------General principles for filter selection----------------------------
1. Inlet and outlet diameters: In principle, the inlet and outlet diameters of the filter should not be smaller than the inlet diameter of the matching pump, and are generally consistent with the diameter of the inlet pipeline.
2. Nominal pressure: Determine the pressure level of the filter according to the maximum pressure that may occur in the filter pipeline.
3. Selection of the number of holes: Mainly consider the particle size of impurities to be intercepted, which is determined according to the process requirements of the medium flow. The particle sizes that can be intercepted by various specifications of wire mesh are shown in the following table "Filter Specifications".
Calculation of filter resistance loss. Under the general rated flow rate, the pressure loss is 0.52~1.2kpa.
