Installation considerations.
1, the first important point before installation, the size and efficiency of the high-efficiency air supply outlet must meet the clean room site design requirements and customer application standards
2, High efficiency air supply outlet needs to be cleaned well before installation, and the clean room all-round sweeping and cleaning, such as dust in the purified air conditioning system, need to meet the standard of cleaning requirements.
3.The safe transportation of high-efficiency air outlet should be put in strict accordance with the direction of the manufacturer's logo, and should be taken lightly during the transportation process to avoid violent vibration and collision.
4.Before the installation of high efficiency air outlet, the appearance of the air outlet packaging needs to be checked on site. The appearance inspection includes filter paper, sealant and frame with or without damage; whether the edge length, diagonal and thickness dimensions meet the requirements; whether the frame has burrs and rust spots (metal frame); whether there is a product certificate of conformity, and whether the technical performance meets the design requirements.
5.Perform high efficiency air supply outlet leak detection. Installation should be based on the size of the resistance of each air outlet for reasonable deployment, for one-way flow, the same air outlet or air supply surface between the filters, each rated resistance and the average resistance of each station should be less than 5% difference.
