Product Description

The Deep Pleated HEPA Filter (High Efficiency Particulate Air Filter) uses high-density glass fiber filter paper folded into a deep and dense pleated structure, significantly increasing the filtration area.
1. Filter material: Glass fiber filter paper, highly efficient in filtering 0.3μm particles, with an efficiency of ≥99.97% (HEPA standard).
2. Pleat design: The Deep Pleat structure provides a larger effective filtration area, reduces wind resistance and prolongs service life.
3. Support frame: Metal outer frame (such as galvanized frame or aluminum frame) to ensure structural stability and prevent deformation.
4. Sealing method: The edges are sealed with polyurethane glue to prevent air leakage.
5. Optional configuration: Some models are equipped with metal protective nets (reinforced front and rear) to enhance mechanical strength and are suitable for high wind speed environments.
