The outer frame materials of the primary effect plate filter include paper frame, aluminum frame and galvanized iron frame. The outer frame of the filter is used to fix the folded filter material. If the air environment is very poor, the replacement time must be shortened; if the air environment is excellent, the replacement time can be appropriately delayed.
2. If you are afraid of artificial perceptual measurement inaccuracies, you can regularly use a dust particle counter to measure the cleanliness of the area purified by the primary effect plate filter. When the measured cleanliness does not match the required cleanliness, the reason should be identified and repaired. Or replace the primary effect plate filter.
Primary air filters are mainly divided into four levels (G1 ~ G4):
G1 particle size efficiency ≥5.0μm, filtration efficiency >20% corresponds to American standard C1
G2 particle size efficiency is ≥5.0μm, filtration efficiency is between 20% and 50%, corresponding to American standard C2 ~ C4
G3 particle size efficiency is ≥5.0μm, filtration efficiency is between 50% and 70%, corresponding to American standard L5
G4 particle size effective rate ≥5.0μm, filtration effective rate between 70% and 80%, corresponding to American standard L6-L7
