Install the filter bag:
Before use, first install the required 25 micron filter bag in the filter cartridge and check whether the O-ring is intact. After ensuring that the seal is intact, tighten the annular bolt on the filter cartridge cover to ensure that the device is sealed intact.

Start the filter:
After starting the pump, the pressure gauge on the filter will rise slightly, and the initial pressure is generally around 0.05MPa. As the use time increases, the filter residue in the filter cartridge will gradually increase. When the pressure reaches 0.4MPa, the filter bag should be stopped to check the condition of the filter bag. If there is a lot of residue left in the industrial dust collector bags, the filter bag can be replaced and continued to be used. It is generally recommended to adjust the filtration pressure between 0.1-0.3MPa, and adjust it through the reflux pipeline or the reflux valve on the pump. It is important to note that excessive filtration pressure may damage the filter bag and its protective net, so be careful when operating.

Regularly check the pressure difference:
During the operation of the equipment, the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter should be checked frequently. When the pressure difference reaches 0.05-0.1MPa, the mesh filter bags should be replaced in time to prevent the filter bag from rupturing or the support net from being damaged due to excessive pressure difference.

Correctly open the filter cover:
Before opening the filter cover, you must ensure that the internal pressure of the filter has dropped to zero. First close the input valve, and confirm that there is no pressure at the outlet before closing the output valve. Then, open the exhaust valve to ensure that the liquid will not spray out due to internal residual pressure, causing liquid loss or personal injury.

Replace the filter bag:
When replacing the filter bag dust collector, you must first ensure that there is no pressure inside the filter. After opening the cover, carefully remove the filter bag. Before putting in a new filter bag, it is recommended to soak the filter bag in a pre-wetting liquid that matches the filtered liquid for a few minutes to ensure that the surface of the filter bag is moist and improve the filtering effect.

Maintenance of O-type sealing ring:
When using, the O-type sealing ring should be placed accurately in the O-type groove to avoid deformation caused by improper extrusion. If it is not used for a long time, the sealing ring should be removed and wiped clean to prevent residual liquid from solidifying and attaching, affecting the sealing performance.

Cleaning and replacement:
If filtering different types of liquids, the filter should be thoroughly cleaned before use to avoid cross-contamination of liquids. Once the O-type sealing ring is aged or damaged, it is necessary to replace the sealing ring of the same model in time.
