Air Filter Classification

It can not only remove a large number of dust particles smaller than various sizes in the air, but also significantly reduce the air flow rate through the filter. This kind of high-efficiency filter has a large resistance and a large dust capacity. If the high-efficiency filter is not properly maintained, its service life will be greatly shortened. Special attention should be paid when selecting primary and medium-efficiency filters according to the required air cleanliness level: for air purification systems with higher cleanliness levels, the primary or medium-efficiency filters themselves have a low efficiency in removing fine dust, but through maintenance and management, the required cleanliness level can still be achieved.

There are also many filter papers on the market, which have good stability when used in filtering products. Generally, professional factories will use several comparison methods to select the paper suitable for their own factories (for the size of dust particles and environmental factors in production) when selecting filter paper. This method can be used for a longer time and is more durable. Some users are not so strict about paper, but some of them choose imported filter paper for use even though the daily usage is not large. It is not cost-effective because you get what you pay for. In many cases, although the quality of imported filter paper is good, it is too expensive and it is not cost-effective to use it for a long time (mostly used in professional clean rooms and electronics factories).
