Medium Efficiency Bag Filter is a key filtration equipment in HVAC, cleanroom and industrial ventilation systems, mainly used to intercept dust, pollen, mould spores and other particles of 1-10μm. Its efficiency range covers class F5-F9 (EN 779:2012 standard), which is suitable for medium level air purification requirement scenarios.

 

• Bag structure design: the number of bags can be customised according to customers' requirements. The bag design increases the filtering area, reduces wind resistance and prolongs service life.
• Size customisation: support non-standard size.
• Frame material: galvanised steel, aluminium alloy or stainless steel (corrosion-resistant environment) are available.
• Various materials available: synthetic fibre, glass fibre.

• Commercial buildings: fresh air systems in shopping malls, hotels, office buildings, protecting the end high-efficiency filter (HEPA).
• Industrial manufacturing: middle section filtration in automobile spraying workshop, pharmaceutical factory, food factory, intercepting dust and oil mist.
• Medical and Laboratory: air conditioning units in hospital operating theatres and PCR laboratories, used in conjunction with HEPA filters.
• Electronics and Semiconductor: pre-filtration of clean rooms to extend the life of FFU (Fan Filter Unit).

Efficiency Selection

F5-F6: General ventilation (e.g. schools, offices).

F7-F8: Higher clean requirements (such as hospitals, food packaging).

F9: Strict environment (e.g. electronic factory, precision instrument workshop).

 

Replacement cycle: usually 3-6 months (depending on the environmental dust concentration).

Differential pressure monitoring: It is recommended to install differential pressure gauge, and it needs to be replaced when the resistance reaches 2 times of the initial resistance.
