Primary Air Filter
The primary filter is used for primary filtration of air conditioning system, mainly for filtering dust particles above 5μm. There are three types of primary filters: plate type, folding type and bag type, with paper frame, aluminum frame and galvanized iron frame as outer frame material, non-woven fabric, nylon net, activated carbon filter material and metal hole net as filter material, and double-sided sprayed wire mesh and double-sided galvanized wire mesh as protective net.
Primary filter features: inexpensive, light weight, good generality, compact structure.
Mainly used for: pre-filtration of central air conditioning and centralized ventilation system, pre-filtration of large air compressor, clean return air system, pre-filtration of local high efficiency filtration device.
G series primary air filters are divided into eight varieties, namely: G1, G2, G3, G4, GN (nylon mesh filter), GH (metal mesh filter), GC (activated carbon filter), GT (high temperature resistant primary filter).
Primary filter structure
The outer frame of the filter is made up of a sturdy waterproof sheet to hold the folded filter material in place. The diagonal design of the outer frame provides a large filtration area and allows the inner filter material to adhere tightly to the outer frame. All sides of the filter are bonded to the outer frame with a special professional adhesive to prevent air leakage or breakage caused by wind resistance pressure.
The outer frame of disposable paper frame filter is generally divided into general hard paper frame and high-strength die-cut cardboard, and the filter element is pleated fiber filter material lined with single-sided metal wire mesh. Beautiful appearance. The structure is strong and durable. General cardboard outer frame is used for manufacturing non-standard specification filters, which can be used for any specification filter production, high strength, and should not be deformed. High-strength die-cut cardboard is used to manufacture standard specification filters, characterized by high specification accuracy and low cost of aesthetics. If you use imported surface fiber or synthetic fiber filter material, the performance indexes can reach or exceed the imported filter with the same production.
The filter material is packed in a folded form into a high strength die-cut cardboard with an increased windward area. The dust particles in the incoming air are effectively blocked by the filter material. Clean air flows evenly from the other side. Therefore, the air flow filter is gentle and uniform. Depending on the filter material, the particle size it blocks varies from 0.5μm to 5μm, and the filtration efficiency also varies!
Medium efficiency filter is F series filter in air filter.
F series medium efficiency air filters are divided into two types: bag type filter and non-bag type filter, including F5, F6, F7, F8, F9, and non-bag type, including FB (plate type medium efficiency filter), FS (partition type medium efficiency filter), FV (combined medium efficiency filter).
Medium efficiency filter in industrial applications.
Mainly used in central air conditioning ventilation system intermediate filtration, pharmaceutical, hospital, electronics, food, and other industrial purification.
It can also be used as the front-end filtration of high-efficiency filtration to reduce the load of high-efficiency filters and extend their service life.
Because of the large windward surface, so the air dust volume is large and the air speed is low, it is considered to be a very good structure of intermediate efficiency filter at present.
