The Automatic Sliding Door Air Shower removes surface particles from personnel before entering cleanrooms. This unit features an automatic sliding door that retracts smoothly into its own panel cavity. The 304 stainless steel door includes a tempered glass window for visibility. Two electronically interlocked doors prevent both sides from opening at the same time. A photoelectric sensor triggers the air shower cycle automatically when a person enters. The microcomputer control system provides LED display, voice prompts, and adjustable shower time from 0 to 99 seconds (factory set at 10 seconds). This model supports two persons simultaneously due to its 1740mm deep interior.

• Self-contained sliding door mechanism – The automatic door retracts into its own panel cavity. No external space or structural modification is required.
• Two-person capacity – The 1740mm deep interior allows two personnel to stand side by side during the same cycle. This reduces waiting time and increases cleanroom entry efficiency.
• Two-sided blowing with 24 nozzles – 24 stainless steel adjustable nozzles deliver high-speed air from both sides.
• Adjustable air velocity – Nozzle outlet speed ranges from 13 to 25 m/s.
• High-efficiency filtration – Two HEPA filters achieve 99.99% efficiency at 0.5μm. Two pre-filters extend HEPA filter life.
• Photoelectric sensor activation – The cycle starts automatically when a person enters the unit. No button pressing is required.
• Electronic door interlock – Both doors remain locked during the air shower cycle. Only one door can open at a time. This maintains cleanroom pressure and prevents contamination.
• Energy-saving LED lighting – Two 21W LED lights provide bright interior illumination with low power consumption.
