Product Description
The Glass Fiber HEPA Filter adopts ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper as the core filter media. It is folded and formed through a special process, discarding the traditional separator structure. The filter pleats are fixed with hot melt adhesive to form a uniform airflow channel.
This compact design significantly reduces air flow resistance and increases the effective filtration area while maintaining high filtration performance (filtration efficiency for 0.3μm particles ≥99.97%).

1. High-efficiency filtration performance
Glass Fiber HEPA Filter adopts ultra-fine glass fiber filter material, with a filtration efficiency of ≥99.97% for 0.3μm particles (H13 grade), which can effectively intercept bacteria, viruses, dust and other tiny particles, ensuring the output of clean air.
2. Low-resistance and energy-saving design
The Mini pleat structure reduces the wind resistance caused by the traditional aluminum separator. Combined with the optimized pleat spacing design, it makes the airflow distribution more uniform, reduces the operating energy consumption, and at the same time prolongs the service life of the filter and reduces the replacement frequency.
