EC FFU (Fan Filter Unit) is driven by a high efficiency DC brushless motor with HEPA/ULPA filters to form an independent air purification module, featuring low energy consumption, low noise, high airflow uniformity and intelligent speed regulation.

Its modular design facilitates flexible deployment and is widely used in cleanrooms, semiconductor workshops, biopharmaceuticals, and other places with strict requirements for air cleanliness. It can accurately control the air speed and differential pressure, significantly improve the energy efficiency ratio, and reduce the long-term operating costs.

 

 

 

1.High-efficiency filtration performance. Equipped with HEPA or ULPA filters, it has a filtration efficiency of up to 99.97% to 99.9995% for 0.3-micro particles, meeting the requirements of high-cleanliness environments.
2.Low energy consumption, energy-saving operation. FFU adopts DC brushless motors (EC motors), which have low energy consumption and can effectively save energy.

1. Semiconductor/Electronics Manufacturing Industry
EC FFU can be used in chip production, LCD panel assembly, PCB manufacturing and other ultra-clean environments (ISO 1-5). To ensure a dust-free environment and prevent dust particles from affecting the yield of precision components, the EC motor can be precisely adjusted to meet the airflow requirements of different process sections.
2.Biopharmaceutical and medical field

4.Food/cosmetic clean room
Used for milk powder production, beverage filling, high-end cosmetic packaging and so on. Prevents microbial and particle contamination, meets FDA/ISO 14644 certification. Energy-saving EC motor reduces long-term running costs and is suitable for 24-hour continuous production.
