Its airflow capabilities can be up to 2400 cfm when the initial pressure drop is low. With the V / W style, it has not only more surface area than pocket filters, but also higher winds at lower resistance.
V cell designed with lower resistance and higher dustholding capacity.
Made of galvanized frame which with strong corrosion resistance andlight weight, can be also made of galvanized steel or stainless steelas required.
Separated with wirelike hot melt adhesive, we called it mini pleated,which ensures uniform airflow throughout the filter with minimum airflow resistance.
It has some features as followings:
1) The efficiency of capturing dust particles of 0.3μm is up to 99.99%.
2) It can withstand large air volume with the unique frame V-shaped structure which can minimize structural resistance.
3) Compact structure, also it can be equipped with flange. Easy to install and maintain.
