Mini-pleated Panel HEPA Filters, also called MICROPLEAT filters, are one kind of HEPA filters, which efficiency reach to 99.99% to 99.999%, are used for cleanroom HVAC system final filtration, feature a micro-glass media in a full range of materials and configurations to install in all types of housings and framing systems, from clean room ceiling grids and modules to benches and self-contained equipment.
As a mini pleat HEPA filter manufacturer, we test glass fiber media/PTFE to make sure the airflow rate and pressure drop requirement firstly, then we test finished products to make sure the efficiency. Strict "quality control" is enforced throughout the manufacturing process and on completion, each individual Filter is tested and certified for use.
