Oven Air Filter is usually designed in plate type. Cold rolled galvanized steel sheet or aluminum alloy or stainless steel is used as the outer frame according to the applicable temperature, special glass fiber filter paper is used as the filter material, and special aluminum foil is processed into corrugated spacers and corrugated spacers. The plate can maintain the pleat spacing effectively, effectively making the partitioned high-efficiency air filter use the filter material to the maximum extent under the minimum resistance. The frame is completely sealed with special red silicone to prevent air leakage. It can be used in high temperature environments below 250°C-350°C.
As the perimeter frame of the filter is made of moisture-proof cardboard, there are no any deformations, breakages, or distortions happened consequently. Moreover, the diagonal paper member supporting design of both sides of the frame makes it is possible to hold the filter media more fixedly indeed. In addition, the media V-pleating design makes the free filtration area of the filter being maximized.
