Clean benches you need to know
The clean bench is a box-type air purification equipment that can provide a local dust-free and clean, aseptic working environment grade 100 (ISO class 5) local operating environment and can artificially control the discharge of contaminated air from the working area through special filter channels to avoid causing harm to people and the environment.
Working principle
The working principle of the clean bench is that the air is drawn in by a fan and filtered through a high efficiency filter via a static pressure box. The filtered clean air is sent out in a vertical or horizontal airflow, so that the operating area is continuously under clean air control to reach class 100 cleanliness, in order to form a sterile and highly clean working environment.
Classification
Clean benches can be divided into horizontal laminar flow clean benches and vertical laminar flow clean benches according to the airflow pattern.
1.Horizontal laminar flow clean bench: the airflow pattern in the working area is horizontal laminar flow.
2.Vertical laminar flow clean bench: the airflow pattern in the working area is vertical laminar flow. Vertical laminar flow clean benches can be divided into single-sided operation and double-sided operation, depending on the operation mode of the work area.
How to use
1. Connect to the power supply.
2. Touch the relevant function keys in the operating panel as required.
3. Before use, lower the bottom edge of the glass door to the bottom, turn on the UV lamp and disinfect for more than half an hour.
1) When disinfecting, people should leave the room to protect their eyes and skin from inadvertent exposure.
2) The intensity of the UV lamp is tested regularly according to the manufacturer's specifications and it is recommended that it is tested quarterly and replaced if it fails.
4. Lift the bottom edge of the glass door to a suitable height, turn on the fan and run for half an hour before normal experimental operation in the cabinet; to ensure the safety of the operation, place the experimental supplies in advance in the safety cabinet.
5. After use, lower the bottom edge of the glass door to the bottom, turn on the UV lamp and disinfect for more than half an hour before closing the equipment.
Cautions
1. The clean bench should be placed in a clean and dust less room, which will help to extend the service life of the high efficiency filter.
2. Avoid the influence of external wind speed, electromagnetic field and vibration when measuring.
3. Do not place unnecessary items in the workbench when using to avoid preventing airflow circulation.
4. Turn on the fan to run for not less than 10min before use, such as open directly after use, the operating table has not yet reached the requirements of purification.
5. After each use, the work surface and four walls need to be cleaned and regularly wiped with disinfectant.
