Wire Mesh Air Filter

Wire mesh air filter is a filtering device that uses aluminum mesh as the main filtering material and intercepts dust, particulate matter and larger pollutants in the air through a multi-layer mesh structure.
Its features include high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, and the ability to be repeatedly cleaned and used.

Metal mesh filter is suitable for high-temperature, high-humidity or harsh environments in industries such as manufacturing, transportation, and construction.
Although the filtration accuracy is usually G1 (mainly for particles ≥5μm), due to its low air resistance, long service life and environmental protection features, it is often used as a pre-filtration or independent filtration system in scenarios such as ventilation, engine intake, and central air conditioning.

Metal mesh air filter can be cleaned by water washing or compressed air during maintenance, which is economical and practical. However, it needs to be cleaned regularly to avoid clogging.

Wire mesh air filter is resistant to high temperatures and moisture, making it suitable for harsh environments such as industrial kilns and painting workshops.

Metal mesh air filter has less wind resistance and better energy-saving performance.
4. Reusable
The performance can be restored after cleaning, reducing the cost of consumables.
