Product Features

1. Ultra-high filtration efficiency. Glass Fiber Air Filter Paper can efficiently intercept particles ranging from 0.12 to 10 microns (such as PM2.5, bacteria, smoke and dust, etc.), and its filtration efficiency can reach H13 level or above (EN1822 standard). It is suitable for semiconductor clean rooms and pharmaceutical GMP workshops.
2. Glass fiber filter paper has low initial air resistance and high air permeability, which can reduce the energy consumption of the HVAC system. At 1000m³/h, the initial wind resistance is ≤120Pa. After long-term use, the wind resistance increases slowly. It is suitable for data centers, painting workshops and large-scale commercial use.
3. Fiberglass filter paper can withstand high temperatures for a long time, has extremely low flammability, and good fire resistance. High-temperature resistant filters mostly use glass fiber filter materials. It is applicable to scenarios such as boiler exhaust gas treatment, welding fume purification, and high-temperature drying lines.
4. Glass Fiber Air Filter Paper has good chemical stability, is resistant to acids, alkalis, organic solvents and humid environments, and is oil-resistant and moisture-resistant. In the acid mist filtration of electroplating plants, the service life of glass fiber filter paper can reach 12 months. It is applicable to environments such as chemical waste gas treatment, electroplating acid mist purification, and food processing.
