Introduction
Fan Filter Unit FFU is self-powered and modularized, and the matching filters are easy to replace, so it is not restricted by region; in the clean room, it can be controlled by partitions according to needs, replaced and moved as needed.
This is the unique feature of FFU. Because it can provide static pressure, the clean room is positive pressure relative to the outside world, so that external particles will not leak into the clean area.
The use of FFU saves the production and installation of air ducts and shortens the construction period.
FFU Workshop
The basic construction of the FFU:
1.Housing: its material is commonly used galvanised aluminium alloy coated steel, aluminium alloy, or stainless steel. The role of one is to support the fan and wind guide ring, the second is to support the deflector;
2. Deflector: airflow equalisation device, built into the interior of the box, below the fan around;
3. Pre-filter. Prevents possible damage to the HEPA filter from debris generated by construction, maintenance, or other conditions.
4. EC motor. Low energy consumption, lower cost in the long run.
5. Airflow equalisation device. Adjust the outlet airflow of FFU to improve the airflow distribution in the clean area.
6. Mini pleat HEPA filter. Used to capture particles around 0.3 micron dust and various suspended matters.
