Product Description

Mini Pleat V-Bank HEPA ULPA Filters is a high-performance air filtration device with a unique V-shaped pleated structure design. It significantly increases the dust holding capacity and reduces the system resistance by increasing the filtration area.
This filter adopts ultra-fine glass fiber filter material, with a filtration efficiency of over 99.97% for 0.3μm particles. Meanwhile, it features a compact structure and a long service life.
V cell filter is mainly applied in places with strict requirements for air cleanliness, such as pharmaceutical GMP workshops, electronic clean rooms, and hospital operating rooms. It can also be used as the terminal filtration unit for purification equipment such as FFUs and clean workbenches.

Outer frame	Usually made of aluminium alloy, galvanized steel or ABS plastic, the main function of the outer frame is to support and fix the whole filter.
Filter media	The main part of V-bank HEPA filter, which is usually made of high-efficiency filter material, such as glass fibre, with high filtration efficiency and particle trapping capacity.
Separator material	Hot melt adhesive is used to separate the filter media to ensure that the air passes evenly through the whole filter, avoiding the accumulation and bypassing of fine particles in the filtration process.
Sealing strip	Sealing strip(material: EVA/EPDM) on the outer frame to ensure airtightness.
