HEPA Filters with separators is one type of HEPA filter we manufacture, it is know as deep HEPA filter, also known as the separate HEPA filter. They are the HEPA filters that work the best. Double metal mesh grilles protect filter material from damage during transit or installation and can simultaneously provide significant air flow rates and low resistance.
To aid in the connection between the filter media and the frame and to prevent leaking, our deep pleat HEPA filters have polyurethane glued completely around the filter frame slot.
